There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB 93(FIN) am H be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 93(FIN) am H was read the third time. Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest.
